Join Ezra Lebovitz for an introduction to the Yiddish language, focusing on building speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. In this course, participants will develop the ability to have basic conversations and read and write simple sentences in the present-tense. No knowledge or experience required; all are welcome. The course will run from the beginning of July to the end of August (7/7–8/25), and will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:30–8:30 pm, with an optional Zoom session on Thursdays from 6:30–7:30. The tuition for this class is $100. Please pay more if you can and less if you need to. Contributing more allows us to keep classes affordable for all.
