Lech Lecha: Intro to Judaism at Kol Tzedek 5787

Join KT’s student rabbi Leo Levine for an exploration and deepening of Jewish knowledge and practice. If you are interested in conversion, learning more about Judaism, or rooting more deeply in your Judaism, this class is for you! Topics will include God, prayer, Torah study, Jewish time, life cycle, Shabbat and Israel/Palestine. Together we will explore ideas and tools used for building a personal Jewish practice and participating in communal Jewish life.

Note: This course will not cover Hebrew language instruction. Students are encouraged to enroll in the Kamionkowski Beit Midrash online classes "Learn to Read the Hebrew Alphabet" and "Classical Hebrew Fundamentals" to begin developing Hebrew language skills.
