Join KT’s clergy team for 30 minutes of daily spiritual preparation for the Days of Awe. This year we will be studying a wide range of Jewish texts about diaspora. This will include biblical, rabbinic, liturgical and contemporary voices. We will be asking: Where does Torah come from? When did we become a diasporic people? Are exile and diaspora temporary or permanent states? And most importantly, the many questions you bring to class!

We will gather online each morning Tuesday-Friday @ 9:30am throughout the month of Elul, August 18 - September 10. We will begin by singing Psalm 27, then study a midrash, and conclude with the blowing of the shofar. This class will be taught by Rabbi Ari Lev, Rabbi Mó, and Rabbi Lizzie. BYO Shofar so we can hear the cacophonous call and wake up our souls!

All are welcome. You can register at any time. Come once, come always.

Accessibility: Live captioning will be provided.
